Pasco County Economic Development Incentive Ordinance
The Business Incentive Commission and the Board of County Commissioners approved 4 applications for impact fee reimbursement under the Pasco County Economic Development Incentive Ordinance. The local incentive provides reimbursement of $186,373 in transportation, water and sewer impact fees. When completed, these companies are expected to create 123 jobs with nearly $14.6 million in capital investment. The 4 companies are:
DataMentors, Inc., Software Data Mining Solutions
Florida Gas & Electric, Underground Utility Contractor
Web Direct Brands, Inc., Internet Retail/Wholesale
Composite Pool Corporation, Fiberglass Pool Manufacturer
