Gatecrafters.com a brand of Web Direct Brands, Inc. guarantees satisfaction and we will refund the purchase price of any in-stock item that the buyer is not 100% satisfied with. We will accept returns within 30 days from the date of purchase. Returned items are subject to a 15% restocking charge. We must receive the item in the same condition that we shipped it in, with return shipping pre-paid. Items not received in same condition will have additional restock fees to recover the cost of returning the item to resalable condition. Custom made or special ordered items may not be returned.

Any item missing from the order must be reported to the company within 10 days of receipt.

In order to return any item, please fill out the form below or call us. You will receive a return confirmation number and instructions. Failure to follow the return instructions will result in additional re-stocking fees.

Shipping Damage
Items damaged during shipping will be refunded in accordance with the shippers refund policy.
