Web Direct Brands is an online retail corporation that began approximately 4 years ago. Operating as a corporate base, Web Direct Brands owns and runs a growing number of online e-tailers. These Web sites all operate independently of one another, but are governed by the same dedication to customer support and are each held to the same management principles. At the end of a dynamic first year the company acquired over 2.8 million in sales. As we approach the end of this year expectations are that we will surpass 5 million in sales.

Based in Odessa, Florida, Web Direct Brands is growing by the day. Our facilities have been newly built with our unique business style in mind. The innovative design provides open spaces and lush indoor vegetation for a relaxing and generous personal work area. The buildings also include a conference room, workout facility, coffee shop and more. This is in addition to a large full pallet warehouse for incoming inventory from our vendors originating in and out of the United States.

Each web site is run by a manager who has worked his way up through the Web Direct Brands ranks. Each manager then teaches interns the day-to-day operations of their online store. Managers are responsible for everything from order fulfillment and customer service to marketing and site development and vendor relationships.

Web Direct Brands also has technical and marketing staff to assist all managers with project realization. During the first semester the intern will be assisting a manager with all aspects of work. If invited to return for a second semester, an intern may have the chance to develop their own start-up site. These sites are developed using the same principles and management as the existing, flourishing Web Direct Brands e-tailers. Past the second semester, the opportunity exists for further development within the Web Direct Brands team.

Gate Manufacturing Division Manager Assistant

Web Direct Brands, Inc. is seeking an energetic and dynamic individual to assist our Gate Manufacturing Division with their daily duties. This person should be comfortable with verbal and written communication methods, and speaking with customers on a daily basis. Tasks will include inbound customer support and e-mail communication, payment processing, organizing and maintaining records, and inbound telephone support to assist customers. Video Production Internship Team (2)

Candidates will work with management and marketing to produce short instructional videos to be published on our various company websites. Candidates will work with each store marketing manager to plan each video segment producing story boards and dialogue for each segment, get that information approved by management and assist in shooting and editing each segment. Subject matter will vary from simple tasks to complex installations.

Tech repair

This full time entry-level position is for running the tech repair / returns department. Candidates will be using manufacture specifications the test and repair products sold thru the various Web Direct Brands websites keeping records of the tasks done and handling paperwork and shipping associated with returns and warrantees. This person will also speak with customers over the phone and thru email and interact directly with the company’s customer service reps.

All training will be provided but candidates must be mechanically inclined and have an interest and basic knowledge of electronics and use of testing equipment (multimeter). Marketing Internship (Type Three)

Seeking marketing intern to continue development of GateCrafters.com, & GateSupply.com and to help develop new company sites. During the first semester the applicant will work primarily with the site manager of to help with daily activities and receive a better understanding of day-to-day company operations. Duties will include answering phones, product development, site design, & helping in the packing and shipping process. During the second semester of employment the applicant will continue to work on the existing sites and may even become a store manager, creating a new retail based website.
