Signature Requirement Discontinued
Beginning with the 2015 Annual Resale Certificate,
signatures are no longer required on the certificate. The user
certifies that the items or services purchased will be resold when
the certificate or the certificate number is issued to a seller to
purchase items and services tax-exempt.
